I am a mobile and online personal trainer based in Broadstairs, Thanet, Kent. The sessions can be in your home, online meeting, local park or at a studio of your choice (subject to an additional fee).
I have over 25 years experience in the fitness industry in both the UK and Brazil, I have just been granted with distinction on my MSc in Applied Exercise and Health Science at CCCU and I am fully insured. I enjoy helping you to reach your fitness goals such as: losing weight, gaining muscle, increasing physical fitness, improving posture and have more energy and motivation.
